We love our DJI Mavic 3 Pro. All our drones are made by DJI, but this one is somewhat specialized for a couple of different reasons. The first is the 3 camera setup and the Hasselblad camera. With a 28x zoom capability, this is our primary drone for close-up inspections of roofs, towers, and other structures. The beauty of this drone is you can get ridiculous zooms on structures without having to get too close to them. This keeps us compliant with FAA rules and also keeps the drone at a safe distance while providing high resolution imagery. The other thing we love is the waypoint flight paths that can be programmed into the drone. This allows us to dial in an exact flight path on Google maps and then have the drone follow the path. We can also store the path and fly it over and over again! This is perfect for golf course flyovers and other precise flight requirements. All in all, this is our current top-dog and we grab this drone for just about every mission. With over 30 minutes of flight time, we can get a variety of angles and shots before having to land the drone to refresh the battery.
